The picturesque historic town of North Berwick is less than 20 miles east along the coast from Edinburgh and provides the ideal base from which to explore the East Lothian coast. Home to some of Scotland's finest golf courses, including the world famous Muirfield, it also offers access to a range of water sports and
to the Bass Rock, paradise for ornithologists. We offer a range of self catering holiday accommodation and all properties are well furnished with fully equipped kitchens.
Cottages: The Cottage at the Beach (pictured above) is a modernised 3 bedroom luxury fisherman's cottage with double bedrooms, 2 of which can be converted to singles on request. There is a fully enclosed landscaped garden with seating area and BBQ. Mews Cottage (pictured below) is 2 bedroom luxury seaside cottage situated opposite the beach and overlooking West Links Golf Course. Sleeping 4 - 7 persons, it has a private decked seating area with gas BBQ, plus shared use of the lawned gardens. There is private parking and private access onto Yellowcraigs Beach. Prices from: £500 per week.

Beach Houses: Chelmsford House is a ground floor 2 bedroom beach house sleeping up to 5 persons with one double, one twin room with bunk beds and a further single bed. It has fantastic sea views over to the Bass Rock and beyond. Lorne Lane is a self catering beach house with private access onto the beach which sleeps 6 persons with one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a further twin room with bunk beds. Prices from: £350 per week.
Holiday Homes: Fidra Road is a 3 bedroomed garden flat sleeping 8 persons which is 5 minutes walk from the beach. Prices from: £500 per week. Green Apron Park is 3 bedroom self catering holiday home which sleeps 6 persons. Furnished and fully equipped to a high standard, it has a large private garden, private parking and is available from £400 per week.

Apartments: Balfour Street and Milsey Court are both attractive ground floor 2 bedroom apartments. Situated directly opposite the sandy beach they are available from £250 per week. Imperial Apartment sleeps up to 6 persons with 2 bedrooms and a double sofa bed. This 3rd floor apartment is centrally located and has fantastic views across to the Bass Rock and beyond. Aaran Apartment also sleeps up to 6 persons. This luxury 3 bedroomed apartment situated on the 2nd floor with stunning views of the bay and across to the Craigleith Island. Both Imperial and Aaran are available from £400 per week.
