Located amongst attractive Ayrshire countryside, only a few miles from the centre of Ayr, our elegant and friendly guest house has 3 ground floor guest rooms, each beautifully furnished and decorated. We are ideally positioned in the South-west of Scotland, providing access to the A77 motorway network within 10 minutes, Prestwick Airport in 15 minutes and trains are available between Ayr and Glasgow every 30 minutes. The Bluebell room is spacious with a double bed and a quality sofa bed. The patio doors lead onto a large deck and goldfish pond. Here you can relax with a glass of wine and watch our horses grazing. The Rose room with views overlooking the local church. On a summer's evening, you can enjoy the view of the sun setting over Arran. The Daffodil Room also has patio doors leading onto the large deck and goldfish pond.

The house is over 200 years old and was completely renovated from its derelict state. Previous tenants included a family who were charged with rioting in 1815 and who narrowly avoided transportation! We provide access to a range of outdoor activities: golfers, anglers, cyclists and walkers are all welcome and we have secure storage for golf clubs, fishing gear and cycles/motorbikes.
