Situated on Persabus Farm, a working Hebridean sheep farm managed by the Fletcher family for generations, the Millhouse formed part of the original steadings on the farm and has been recently renovated to a very high standard to provide a more modern self catering experience. Located within one mile of the ferry terminal at Port Askaig, with unsurpassed views of the Sound of Islay and the Paps of Jura.

Sleeps
up to 6 persons with three bedrooms upstairs (one double, one twin and a room with bunk beds) and a large bathroom with electric shower.
There is a large, light, airy kitchen, complete with dining table and chairs, and a large lounge with a coal effect stove. The farmhouse kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

All linen is provided but guests are requested to bring their own towels. Children and pets are welcome, however, we would ask that you keep any dogs under a degree of control.

Millhouse Cottage has its own distinctive style, with many items in the kitchen handmade at Persabus Pottery. The property is decorated throughout with original watercolours of Islay and Jura.
Outside the cottages there is ample parking space off the quiet single track road which leads to the village of Bunnahabhain and the distillery, one of eight on the island. Prices from £330 per week
