Set Amidst beautiful countryside, approximately 12 miles north-east of Carlisle, our centrally heated cottages provide an excellent standard of accommodation with modern day facilities, only a fifteen minute drive from Gretna Green. Prices from: £150 - £800 per week
Meadow View: (pictured above) modern bungalow with single, twin, double and family room. Large lounge/dining room with an open fire. Country Apartment: ground floor self contained flat with one spacious family bedroom, open plan dining/lounge area, shower room with basin and Wc. Ald Pallyards: newly built with fourposter bedroom, twin, two bathrooms (one with shower room, one with corner bath), open plan lounge/dining area.

Burn Cottage: (pictured below) a family and a twin room each with private bathroom. Dining area. Brook Cottage: tasteful barn conversion with family room (two singles & one double bed), single room (with bunk beds), lounge and dining room, shower room with basin and Wc.
All of the properties have well equipped kitchens, which include microwaves. All also have TVs. Linen provided. Electricity metered.
