Completed in the summer of 2005, this elegant unique Four Star luxury self catering apartment sleeps up to 7 persons and is a great alternative to hotel living based within Scotland's First National Park. Set within large private grounds, Laudervale Gardens is furnished to an exceptionally high standard. With further accommodation available at our nearby townhouse, we can sleep 8 - 15 persons in total. Prices: £380 - £850 per week
Providing quality and comfort with 3 double bedrooms - two of which are en-suite, the third has use of a WC toilet. The services to the apartment include gas central heating, electricity, linen, TVs, DVD, surround sound, minibar, spa bath, luxury kitchen, utility room, broadband, an outstanding living room and private parking (for car and boat).

Everything you could want from your holiday is on your doorstep from the outdoor pursuits including: hill walking , cycling (we provide a secure area for bikes), fishing, pedalos, canoeing, mountain bike hire and boat tours are all available locally.
Guided walks are available from the owner - (a qualified expedition leader who can organise fell running for the more adventurous!) - at weekends and early evenings in the summer. Please arrange at least a month in advance to avoid disappointment.
For those staying that little bit longer you may want to use our apartment to explore further afield. Transport links, either by bus/ train or car, will have you in Stirling in 30 minutes, Glasgow in 40 minutes and our capital city, Edinburgh, in 1hour 40 minutes.

For those looking for a slower pace of life we are a five minute stroll from Lomond Shores Shopping Complex, that includes the world famous Jenners and Drumkinnon Tower which houses a cinema showing an insight into the history of the area. Alternatively take a leisurely stroll along to Balloch Park to feed the ducks! You can sit and watch the sun set with Ben Lomond and Loch Lomond as the back drop at the Tapas Bar at Lomond Shores - one of a large variety of restaurants to suit every occasion and budget - all within walking distance of the apartment.
Finally we pride ourselves on giving that little bit extra whether it is home made scones and tea or champagne and flowers on arrival, all included as standard. Other arrangements can be made for that Special Weekend, please just ask and we will try to accommodate! Prices: £380 - £850 per week
