Situated on the seafront overlooking Oban harbour, the Kings Arms consists of 5 apartments on the 2nd to 5th floors of the former Kings Arms Hotel, whilst Bay View is an elegant first floor apartment with views over the Firth of Lorne. Prices available on request
All the Kings Arms flats sleep up to a maximum of 6 persons. Four of the apartments have two twin bedrooms, whilst our fifth has one twin and two singles. All five flats have a convertible sofa bed in a spacious lounge providing a further double bed.
Each has a fully equipped kitchen with all essentials and bathroom with bath and shower. Lift access to all apartments except uppermost, fifth flat. Electricity by coin meter. Cots available.

Bay View sleeps up to 5 persons with a twin, a double and a single bedroom, with a fully equipped open plan kitchen-dining room. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. The apartment has a balcony with harbour views (pictured below). Not suitable for children under twelve.
Arrival time: from 3.00pm on the Saturday. Departure: by 10.00am following Saturday. Shorter breaks of 3 to 6 nights available out of season. Towels and linen are provided for all apartments. We regret that no pets are allowed.
Oban is one of the best locations from which to explore this incredible corner of Scotland: from the grandeur of the mountains to the deep mysterious lochs; from the nearby islands to the unspoilt coastline; from medieval castles to prehistoric stone circles.
