The property has private parking and extensive mature gardens, including a tennis court with views out over both the Torrance and Devlin Courses towards the sea. Sleeps up to 13 persons in three large double rooms (each with double and single bed) and two twin rooms. There is two bathrooms, one shower room and a guest cloak room and wc. There is a large kitchen with dining area. There is also a lounge, dining room and drawing room. The house is equipped with TV, DVD, satellite and wireless broadband.

The kitchen is equipped with automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, aga and cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer. Electricity and heating arer included in price. High chair, and cot available(cot linen not provided). Duvets, towels, and linen are all included. Pets welcome (extra charge).
Daily maid service included. A private chef can be organised for all catering, one off meals or just breakfasts (extra charge). Golf Tee times can be organised including the Old Course at an additional cost.
