Kingask provides a large range of standard priced accommodation in the St Andrews area. Large parties can be grouped together in nearby properties. There is a minimum stay of 3 nights with Saturday and Friday changeovers available. All properties have TV, DVD and fitted kitchens with automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. Prices from £260 - £650 per week (Short breaks from £150)
The Kinness Place property (bedroom pictured above, left) sleeps up to 7 persons in 4 bedrooms. Forming the upper part of a Victorian terraced building in St. Andrews town centre, it is only a few minutes walk from The West Port and 15 minutes walk from The Old Course and beach.
The Naamra property (lounge pictured above, right) is a
spacious lower villa situated above the picturesque harbour in the village of Crail.
You can enjoy lovely views across the Firth of Forth and there is a south facing courtyard garden.

Melbourne Place (lounge pictured below) is an attractive flat in a very good St Andrews town centre location, perfect for golfing parties or families. Cradle cottage (kitchen pictured below, right) and Sypsies Cottage are stone built cottages in a row of three only a short walk from Crail, which is a traditional fishing village 9 miles around the coast from St Andrews. Both cottages sleep 4 persons in 2 bedrooms and have sitting/dining rooms with open fires.
Electricity is included in the price.
Pets are welcome for an extra charge.

Our Bell Street Apartment is a Main door Upper flat (occupying the 2nd and top floor) in St. Andrews town centre between Market Street and South Street. Sleeping up to 6 persons in 2 twin bedrooms and one double bedroom, it is only 10 minutes walk from the Old Course and beach.
