Sunnyholm provides bed and breakfast accommodation in a quiet residential area, only a few minutes walk from the centre of Inverness and 10 minutes from the train station.
Located towards the south of the city centre, close to both the River Ness and Inverness Castle,

Benefitting from a ground floor location, each room is decorated with an attractive pine wood finish. All rooms are en suite with TV, radio, hairdryer and hospitality tray. Most of our rooms are doubles and twins with a family room available which is ideal for 2 adults and one child, as it has a double and a single bed. Each bedroom is also fitted with double glazing and central heating.

The comfortable guest lounge overlooks our landscaped garden, while breakfast is served each morning in the spacious dining room, where we offer a traditional full Scottish breakfast or a lighter Continental option.
There is a private parking area at the rear of the house that is easily accessible from Mayfield Road.
Inverness is the perfect place to base your Highland holiday with close proximity to a variety of Highland whisky distilleries, castles and lochs, including the famous Loch Ness. The tourist information centre is a short walk from Sunnyholm itself, whilst the city centre provides a range of shopping opportunities with its Victorian Market, the Eastgate Shopping Centre and selection of high street shops.
