Situated in the heart of the thriving Highland capital, our bed and breakfast is a ten minute walk to the centre of Inverness, with restaurants and pubs lining the banks of the historic River Ness.
Built in the late 19th Century for the first postmaster of Inverness, the house has been extensively modernised, while still retaining a sense of character. We provide an ideal base to explore the Highlands and beyond. Prices from: £30 per person/night
All of our rooms are furnished to a high quality with Freeview, flat screen TV and free Wi-fi.
The family room has a queen sized double bed and a single bed. (A further bed can be set-up to enable 4 persons to share). A window seating area gives you space to relax.
We also have a beautiful and airy double room, a spacious twin bedded room with seating area, and our second double room overlooks the garden.

Here at St Ann's we are committed to giving you the best breakfast possible. Choose from our superb cheese board, continental meats and fruit platter or enjoy the traditional Scottish breakfast.

There are numerous attractions within easy reach of Inverness, including Loch ness and the historic ruins of Urquhart Castle. Just a few miles east of Inverness is Cawdor Castle with its beautiful gardens. The Inverness area has superb walking routes and we can help plan your day in the outdoors.
