This family run guest house is situated close to the city centre where there is a wide choice of fine eating places. Our prices are £25 - £30 per person for a Double or Twin room and £25 for a Single room. All prices are inclusive of full Scottish breakfast. Prices from: £25 per person/night


We provide bed and breakfast accommodation in 2 family rooms, 2 twin/ double rooms and 2 single rooms.  Each bedroom is individually decorated, creating spacious and comfortable rooms. All rooms have TV with tea and coffee making facilities. There is a peaceful ground floor lounge.
