Located only 10 minutes walk from Inverness City Centre, our family run bed and breakfast is within a detached Victorian villa on the west side of the River Ness.
We are within easy reach of Eden Court Theatre, Inverness Cathedral and Inverness Castle, with some lovely walks nearby along the River Ness and the Caledonian Canal. Inverness Airport is just a short 15 minutes drive away. Prices from: £30 per person/night
Our period-decorated Victorian guest house offers beautiful guest rooms which are maintained to a high standard, with king size beds in the double rooms for comfort.On the ground floor we have an en suite twin room and 2 single rooms (one en-suite, and one with private facilities). On the 1st floor we have one twin room and 2 double rooms, all en-suite. Each room has digital flat screen TV with freeview, hospitality tray, information folder and hairdryers. Ironing facilities are available.

A full range of breakfasts are provided, including a cooked breakfast of sausage, bacon, eggs (of your choice) tomatoes, mushrooms and beans. All special diets are catered for. Packed lunches and flasks filled by request the night before.

Oakvilla provides access to the Floral Gardens, the Aquadome Centre, Inverness Museum and a variety of Moray Firth Dolphin Cruises.
In the surrounding areas there are golf courses, fishing spots, forest walks, and cycling trails. Recommended are day trips to Loch Ness, Urquhart Castle, Culloden Battlefield and Cawdor Castle, along with walks offering views of the Cairngorms, Ben Wyvis, the Affric & Fannich Ranges and the Cromarty Firth.
