Situated in a quiet residential area of Inverness,
Lynver is an individually designed spacious detached villa within a 5 minute walk of the city centre and many popular restaurants and bars.
Our spacious, light and airy bedrooms are individually decorated and fully centrally heated, with comfort and relaxation in mind.
We have four bedrooms available - one double, two kingsize doubles and one triple room (consisting of one kingsize double and one single). All rooms have digital TV, DVD player, radio alarm clock, free wireless internet access for guests with their own laptop, hairdrier, tea/coffee making facilities and silent fridge with complimentary bottled water and fresh milk.

All rooms have fully tiled en-suite shower rooms with large fluffy towels and a wide range of toiletries and accessories. Ironing facilities are available for all guests. One double room is located on the ground floor. For added comfort, a no-smoking policy is operated throughout Lynver.
Ample off street parking available
as well as a secure garage for storing bikes/motorbikes.
Choose in the morning from a large and varied breakfast menu, ranging from a full cooked Scottish breakfast using high quality local produce, to vegetarian options and other mouthwatering alternatives.

Inverness is an ideal base from which to tour the splendours of the Scottish Highlands. The city is situated on the stunning River Ness with its idyllic island walks accessed by several Victorian bridges.
Historical attractions such as Culloden Battlefield are nearby, as well as various distilleries, castles and outdoor activities, from golf courses and angling to mountaineering and cycling.
