The Kemps Guest House offers excellent bed and breakfast accommodation in the centre of Inverness. We are a short walk from the River Ness and the Caledonian Canal, and we are ideally situated as a holiday base for touring the Highlands of Scotland. Prices from: £25 - £35 per person per night
We have 4 comfortable and tastefully decorated ground floor bedrooms as follows: one en suite double room, one en suite twin room, one en suite single room and one single with private bath/shower. All bedrooms are centrally heated and have colour TV, hairdryers and tea/coffee making facilities.

Inverness is home to some 55, 000 Highlanders and is one of the fastest growing areas in the country. The picturesque River Ness straddles the city as it flows out towards the Moray Firth, famous for its colony of Bottle-nosed Dolphins. The high street is packed with the usual outlets, as well as numerous craft and gift shops. Nearby attractions include Culloden Battlefield, Loch Ness and Inverness Cathedral.
