The cottage is situated in 2 acres of native woodland on an elevated position overlooking Inverness , the Capital of the Highlands. Despite it's proximity to the town centre ( 3 miles) Curin enjoys total privacy and is secluded at the end of a private road. It is a unique modern chalet style house with a glass fronted lounge - a perfect spot from which to watch the red squirrels, birdlife and occasional roe deer and extensive views of city, sea and hills. Prices from: £430 per week
There is a covered, sheltered patio for outdoor dining or BBQ (see above). The ground floor consists of the following: the lounge/dining room which is equipped with open fire, comfy sofas, a large dining table, TV, DVD and Stereo, a well equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, hob and oven, a utility room with washing machine, clothes airer and freezer, and a w.c.

Upstairs consists of the large bathroom with under floor heating, large spa bath and power shower. Bedroom One has a double bed and Bedroom Two has the option of 2 single beds or one king size bed. A cot is available on request. Smoking is not permitted.
All linen, coal and electricity is included. (Towels may be hired). Well behaved dogs are welcome - there is a secure high fenced dog run with kennel. Carport & ample parking.

Inverness has a wide variety of interesting shops, quality restaurants and galleries. The Caledonian Canal is nearby and offers boat trips onto Loch Ness. Excursions to see dolphins in the Moray Firth leave from the local harbour. Just 100m from the house The Great Glen Way provides a walking or cycling route into the hills above Loch Ness.
