This fabulous house enjoys enviable views across rolling Ayrshire countryside to the sea and the islands of Arran, Ailsa Craig and Jura. A tree lined drive sweeps up to the front entrance of this Georgian mansion with an indoor swimming pool and all weather tennis court set in 8 acre formal garden/grounds offering luxurious self-catering for up to 16 persons. On ground floor is the formal drawing room, dining room, huge family room and games room all with open fires along with the comprehensively equipped kitchen with oil fired 4 oven Aga, cloakroom, rear hall, laundry/utility area and access to the pool wing. From the main entrance hall a stone staircase leads to the upper floors.

Bedrooms consist of 3 double rooms and 5 twin rooms. There are 3 bathrooms, 1 shower room plus 2 further WCs. The pool wing has separate showering and WC facilities. All linen/towels provided. Electricity, oil fired central heating and firewood included. Plasma TV/DVD. Free Wi-fi access.
The formal gardens, well stocked herbaceous borders surrounded by mature trees and a woodland garden with two wildlife ponds contribute to a sense of relaxation and well-being in this countryside location.

Within 5km the major supermarkets can be found in Kilmarnock whilst just a pleasant 5 minute walk is the tiny village of Craigie with its Inn for bar and dining. Ayrshire's major golf courses are easily reached, Troon 10 mins, Turnberry 35 mins, as is Culzean Castle and all the attractions of Burns Country. Glasgow is just 25 mins away with its museums, galleries and theatres.
