Located in the centre of the conservation village of Straiton, Holly Tree Cottage is a comfortable, cosy, traditional cottage, ideally situated for exploring this delightful corner of South West Scotland.
Straiton has several walks starting in the village with quiet roads for cycling and fishing on the river Girvan. Golf courses, sea fishing, horse riding centres and beautiful long beaches are all only a short drive away.

Sleeps up to 4 people in two beautifully decorated double bedrooms. The cottage is ideal for a romantic break but is also suitable for families as we have a travel cot, child fire-guard, stair gates and a high chair. The dining/sitting room has a large open fire, TV with basic Sky and freeview channels and DVD player, CD player, a good selection of books and lots of games. Outside there is a south-facing patio area with garden furniture to enjoy al fresco meals or simply relax with a good book.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster while the pantry has fridge freezer and a selection of utensils.
Electricity, linen, towels and logs for the open fire are included in the price. We also provide a welcome pack with tea, coffee, milk and sugar. Breakfast ingredients can be supplied for one or two night bookings.
