Located just 4 miles north of Connel Bridge, our friendly bed and breakfast provides peaceful and quiet holiday accommodation just 10 minutes' walk from the peaceful Tralee Bay Beach. Your hosts, Willie and June, are both local to the area and can help you with your sightseeing plans. Guests are invited to share our lovely garden and patio to relax in after a busy day exploring this beautiful area. Prices from: £27.50 per person/night
The bedrooms are superior en-suite ground floor rooms with tea and coffee making facilities. They are attractively colour co-ordinated with many thoughtful extras. We have 2 lounges, both with TV,
and there is a telephone available. Guest have access to ironing facilities.

We take much pleasure in ensuring breakfasts are personally prepared, a typical menu being a selection of cereals and fresh fruit scrambled egg with Scottish smoked salmon on toast with bacon and tomato, homemade preserves and brown bread tea and coffee. Evening meals are also available.

We are one mile from the village of Benderloch that has a small church, a well stocked general store and post office, garage and coffee shop. Oban has a wide variety of shops for your pleasure. Evening entertainment ranges from Ceilidhs to eating out at local pubs and restaurants. Oban is easily accessible by bus, train, boat or car. The isle of Mull is only a 40 minute ferry ride away, which means that on a day trip you can visit such sights as Ionsa Abbey or Fingal's Cave.
