Sleeps up to 6 persons. The Master Bedroom is en-suite with king sized bed, flat screen TV and patio doors to the sun terrace. The en suite has a large walk in shower cubicle. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, sea views, flat screen TV. Bedroom 3 has wall to wall windows to enjoy the view and two single beds. The Main Bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath and overhead raindance shower. There is also a Dressing Room off the master bedroom with ample fitted wardrobe storage.

The spacious Sitting Room has a large flat screen TV with Sky, wall to wall windows to enjoy the views and patio door leading to sun terrace. The Dining Area is a raised area off the sitting room with dining table/chairs. The Comtemporary Kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons including built in coffee maker, conventional and steam oven, American style fridge/freezer with ice maker, washing machine and drier.
Wireless Internet, Sky TV. Outside there are two impressive decked sun terraces with sea views, sun loungers and outdoor seating. Bar-b-que. There is private off street parking for three cars. Gas central heating throughout. All rentals include the provision of quality bed linen & towels. Complimentary wine, beers, coffee and tea. Sorry, no pets or smoking in the house.
Kinghorn has its own 18 hole golf course, with a wealth of courses to choose from in the surrounding area. The award winning Pettycur beach is just a couple of minutes walk from the property as is the harbour which is still used by local fishermen to bring in their catch of the day. The villlage itself is well served with two small grocery shops, baker, butcher, a choice of takeway food outlets including fish and chips, and a few local pubs to choose from. For those that enjoy cycling or walking you are not far from the Fife Coastal path taking you towards St Andrews and beyond.
