Situated within a 5 minute walk of Blairgowrie, we cater for every type of holiday, from couples enjoying a quiet break to families and sporting holidays. Sleeping 2 - 4 persons, Green Gables is a self contained 3 bedroomed garden apartment which is an annexe of a 150 year old stone built house. The apartment benefits from gas central heating, with all fuel and power included within the rent. Bed linen, towels, cot and highchair are all available and are also included in the price. The Master Bedroom is a large double room which has lovely views out over the garden and holds built in wardrobes and a vanity area with a washhand basin. There are also two single bedrooms available which again have built in wardrobes and some lovely views. All bedrooms are equipped with alarm clocks. The lounge has TV with freeview, a DVD player with films available and a variety of books, magazines as well as information leaflets of various attractions in the surrounding area.

The kitchen is a fully equipped modern area, containing cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine. We understand that travelling may be tiring and hectic so there will be a welcome pack on arrival containing tea, coffee, sugar, bread etc to ensure you are refreshed. There is a dining area within the lounge with seating for four people which enjoys views over the garden.
Garaged parking for one vehicle and a small car park to the front of the property for several vehicles. Pets are most welcome and if you want to go out for a day without your pet then we can offer kenneling. Private garden area with patio area and garden furniture. A barbeque can be provided for your use.

We provide access to various outdoor activities. For Fisherman, there is an abundance of Rivers and Lochs in the area with the River Ericht only a five minute walk away.
Your host, Jim, has a vast knowledge of fishing in the area and is on hand to make bookings or to guide you for the day. There are drying facilities for clothes in the garden, however in case of poor weather we can arrange for clothes to be dried for you. There are also plenty of golf clubs in the area including Rosemount, Landsdowne, Alyth, Glenisla and Strathmore.
We have storage for ski/golf clubs and secured storage for any shotguns/rifles.
