Located in the University conservation area, just one mile from all City Centre amenities, our friendly guest house is a beautifully restored town house (c1880) and is a short walk from the pubs, shops and restaurants of the West End. We are less than one mile from the airport, rail station, Tay Road Bridge and motorways. Prices from: £27 per person per night
All our rooms are en suite with shower. We have 2 Double/Single rooms, 2 Twin and 2 Family rooms. The Grampian is available on an exclusive basis for large groups and parties. Please ask for our group prices and availability. Free wireless broadband access if you have a WiFi enabled laptop or PDA.

World class golf, shooting, fishing and hill walking are all on our doorstep. St Andrews, Carnoustie, Glamis Castle and Perth are all within 20 minutes drive. The Angus Coast and Glens, with their wonderful wildlife, birds and flora, are all nearby.
