Situated in West Linton, a pretty village in the Scottish Borders, our 17th Century Inn has been awarded 3 stars by the Scottish Tourist Board and is located on the A702 Biggar to Edinburgh road. Our restaurant offers a selection of local produce which caters for all tastes. Children are welcome and can eat in any location as well as our beer garden. We have a main menu and a special childrens' menu.

The Scottish Borders offers access to salmon fishing on the River Tweed and sea trout fishing on its tributaries with rainbow trout in the local lochs and brown trout in the rivers. There are two 18 hole golf courses: the West Linton Golf Course and Rutherford Castle Golf Club. West Linton has a number of Riding Centres on its doorstep and there is a selection of cycle routes available, including new all weather mountain bike paths through local forests. There are also country and hillside walks to suit everyone.
