Located on the edge of the smart southside suburb of Newlands, these 2 apartments are located at the end of Millbrae Crescent which was designed by the famous Scottish architect Alexander "Greek" Thomson and given an A-Listed status by Historic Scotland.
Each of the 2 apartments can accommodate up to 5 persons, making a maximum of 10 if both properties are rented. Both apartments have 2 bedrooms, each with a double bedroom, a room with two single beds and a further fold-down bed available. Prices from: £80 per apartment/per night (4 night minimum stay)
The lower conversion apartment sleeps up to 5 persons and all main rooms are characterised by high ceilings. The galley-styled kitchen with modern units leads directly into an alcove with a breakfast bar at one end and into a porch with access to the garden at the other. There is a bathroom as well as a separate w.c. off the hallway. The drawing room has been restored with a large fireplace.

The upper conversion apartment also sleeps up to 5 and all main rooms have high ceilings giving a feeling of space. The kitchen contains modern units with a washing machine, tumble drier dishwasher and microwave available. There is also an old-fashioned "pulley" for drying clothes. The bathroom contains a bath and a separate shower cubicle. The living room contains two large sofas with dining table and chairs.
Each apartment is equipped with TV, video, DVD, radio and CD player. All linen and towels are provided.
The apartments are about 4 miles from the City Centre, and a 2 minute walk will take you to Langside train station which is about 15 minutes from Glasgow Central Station. Pubs, restaurants and Queens Park, a large public park, are only a short walk away. The lively shopping area of Shawlands is nearby, which also has restaurants, pubs and a couple of nightclubs. There is a small convenience store 2 minutes from the flat and a large supermarket only a 5 minute drive on the edge of Shawlands.
