The apartment has two bedrooms with built in robes, one normally set up as twin and the other as double. The bathroom has bath and shower. The large living/dining area overlooks a residents' landscaped courtyard with fountain. The integral kitchen is fully equipped for 6 persons. A further single bed is provided and can be set up either alongside the double bed or in the living/dining area.

There is a laundry room in the basement of the building with commercial sized washers and dryers.
There is on street parking around Blackfriars Court but it is very restricted 8am-6pm Monday to Saturday. There is a paying, supervised, 24 hour car parking 200 metres away off High Street, but guests are welcome to use our own free, unsupervised, off-street, parking behind our Charlotte Street Apartments, which is a 5 minute walk away.
