Centrally located 2 bedroom apartment within 20 minutes walk of city centre, Kinning Park offers excellent transport links being close to M8/ M77 and is within 2 minutes walk of underground station enabling easy access to city centre, the West End and all Glasgow tourist attractions. Sleeps 4 - 5 persons, the apartment has a large lounge, large kitchen/diner, two twin bedrooms, and bathroom with shower over bath. There is a fold away bed for a 5th person if required. In 2011 the apartment was fully refurbished and has a new kitchen with integral dishwasher, induction hob with hood and electric oven, washing machine and condensing tumble dryer, fridge/freezer microwave, etc.

The lounge has a large LCD TV with DVD player. The apartment has electric heating and double glazing. Security entry system to building. Towels, bed linen and power are included. There is a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The flat includes FREE wireless broadband. FREE private residents parking in bays to front and rear of building.
Cot and high chair are available.
We provide a welcome breakfast pack for your first morning with your choice of brown or white bread and a welcome bottle of wine for a relaxing evening drink on your day of arrival. Your choice of red or white. There is also a FREE haggis (freshly caught) for you to sample if you are feeling brave. Short bread, oat cakes and Irn Bru (Scotland's other national drink). Complimentary tea and coffee.
The Clyde walkway, Science Centre, SECC, BBC, STV and Springfield Quay are all within 10 minutes walk. There are plenty of local bars and Springfield Quay is within 10 minutes walk on the river front with cinemas, 10 pin bowling, bars and restaurants. Close to numerous shops, bars and restaurants, Kinning Park makes the perfect base for business or pleasure.
