Ideally situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac, only minutes from Glasgow City Centre, this modern first floor apartment provides comfortable self catering accommodation away from all the noise and congestion. A leisurely 15 minute walk will take you into the heart of Glasgow, whilst there is nearby access to the M8 motorway which connects you to the SECC, Glasgow Airport, Edinburgh and the rest of Scotland. The apartment sleeps up to 4 persons with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a hall and a large open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The master bedroom is en-suite with bath, WC and wash hand basin. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe and drawer space, while the other bathroom has a walk in shower, with WC and wash hand basin. Free linen, towels and hairdryer are provided. Travel cot and high chair are available on request.

The lounge area has two large leather sofas, a coffee table, TV, Freeview Box, I Pod Docking Station, DVD Player and selection of books and DVDs for your use. The dining area has seating for 6 persons. The kitchen is equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer, toaster, pots/pans, plates, cups, cutlery, glasses and lots more. A welcome pack is available on arrival.
Private parking is immediately outside the apartment with vehicle access into the complex via a control barrier, meaning there is no through traffic. Entry is by secure buzzer system. The apartment has landscaped gardens and open space surrounds.
Alexander Park is about 10 minutes walk away, which has bowling greens and a public golf course. Within a short walking distance is the Whitehill Leisure Centre with a swimming pool and fitness suite. Within a few minutes' drive are Tibo and Coia's cafe, with the vibrant Merchant City area a little further away, providing a variety of bars, cafes and restaurants. The Royal Infirmary is nearby and there is also a frequent bus service into the heart of the city.
