Our 16 en suite and 2 budget rooms are all spacious and comfortable. All hotel rooms have TV, hairdryer, hospitality tray and telephone. The en suite rooms have a shower, some with bath, and the budget rooms share a bathroom. We also offer a romantic King Suite overlooking the internationally renowned Botanic Gardens and boasting an intimate 2-person Jacuzzi - ideal for a honeymoon or romantic stay.

A hearty Scottish Breakfast is served in the lounge each morning offering a selection of cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt, juices and of course the traditional hot selection, freshly prepared to order. Breakfast is complimentary to all hotel guests. A selection of toasted and open sandwiches is available from 6pm - 8pm. With it's real flame fire and mood lighting, our stylish and intimate lounge bar is open from 5pm till late.
