Sleeps 1 - 4 persons with one double bedroom and a large sofa bed in the lounge.
The bedroom has a luxurious king size bed with double fitted wardrobes. The bathroom is fully tiled with a bath and shower. Bathrobes and a selection of complimentary toiletries are available for your use. The apartment also has a reception hall with storage cupboard, a magnificent lounge with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

The living room is furnished to a very high standard with a flat screen TV with integrated DVD player, Freeview and docking station for an Ipod. The kitchen has integrated appliances, including washer/dryer, dishwasher, cooker and gas hob, microwave, fridge and freezer.
There is dining seating for 4 persons.
Internet access is available with your own laptop. Gas central heating. Secure entry system. A welcome pack is provided, including bottled water, biscuits, tea, coffee and milk.
After booking you can also order optional extras such as champagne, wine or groceries.
We do not accept bookings from Stag or Hen parties.
The apartment has metered street parking which is charged between 8am-6pm, Monday to Saturday (all other times are free). There are a variety of public car parks in close proximity to the property. The most convenient is located on Bell Street. The Merchant City provides access to a range of amenities, including a supermarket, shops, pubs and restaurants.
