We are only 15 minutes from Aberdeen city centre and 10 minutes drive to Balmedie country park and beach with its extensive dunes. This spacious, two bed roomed, self contained apartment is in the basement of our Georgian country home. The basement has its own access, two double bedrooms, cosy lounge diner, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate cloakroom. Prices from: £400 per week/ £75 per night (Minimum 2 nights stay)
Downstairs at Muirton House has its own private access and is self contained with double glazing and centrally heating. The entrance door leads downstairs to the lower lobby with 2 bedrooms off it. There is one double and one twin which can be made up as King if requested. Both rooms have views over the gardens. The apartment is wireless enabled, with TV and Freeview.
