Reservations Procedure
- Prospective guest sends a request for accommodation direct to any property advertised
- Accommodation provider responds to confirm availability and price
- Guest accepts proposal by making credit card deposit payment of 10% plus bookings fee of £2.00
- A "Reservation Confirmation Email " containing all relevant contact/bookings details is sent to all parties
- The remainder of the cost of the accommodation is then payable at the discretion of the accommodation provider - e.g. upon guests' arrival/departure
Reservations Guarantee
In cases of "no show", we pay the total amount for the first night's stay to the accommodation provider.
In cases of cancellation we pay the total amount for the first night's stay if the accommodation is cancelled within 48 hours of visitor arrival date.
Annual Registration Terms

- Online registered business active within 24 hours
- All registration begins 1st of every month and continues for 12 months
- Minor improvements to your advertisement - no charge

- Active for 12 months within 24 hours of payment received
