Dunallan Guest House is privately owned and located right at the heart of Scotland only a few minutes walk from Perth City Centre. This semi detached Victorian Villa was built around 1898 and features high ceilings and original coving. Decorated to a high standard (to the style of the house), our guest house offers luxurious accommodation at a very affordable price. Prices from: £25 per person/night
The accommodation comprises of 3 single and 4 double/twin rooms. All of our rooms are en-suite and superbly appointed, including colour televisions, clock/radio alarms, tea and coffee making facilities. There is also a spacious residents' lounge with a television, radio, books and magazines for your comfort and enjoyment, as well as a leather sofa and chair with elegant classical furnishings.

Accommodation prices include a full Scottish breakfast made from local fayre. Breakfast is served 7.30am – 9am (earlier by arrangement) with a packed lunch also available by arrangement.
We have off road parking and offer a local pick up service from the train and bus station. Open Christmas and New Year.
