our spacious self catering holiday home has five spacious bedrooms, bathroom facilities for each bedroom, two sitting rooms and extensive gardens. With the Ayrshire coastline on its doorstep, three golf courses within easy reach and the attractions of Burns Country to explore nearby, Doonside provides the ideal base for a memorable Ayrshire holiday. Sleeps 12 - 14 persons. On the ground floor, there are two twin bedrooms, one double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and two further bathrooms (one with bath, one with shower). The 1st floor has one double bedroom with an additional sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower and one large bedroom with a double bed, two twin beds and an en suite bathroom with shower. The large living room has leather sofas, TV with Freeview & DVD and patio doors opening out onto a decking area, perfect for drinks in the evening.

The 1st floor also has a sitting room with a two-seater sofa, TV and DVD player and a large supply of toys, books and games. The fully equipped kitchen includes a wide range of cooking equipment, a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Rangemaster gas hob, electric oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and microwave. The large dining table seats 12 and the breakfast bar seats a further two. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Complementary Wi-fi. Parking for up to 4 cars. Pets are welcome. Non smoking property. Welcome pack includes washing up liquid, toilet roll, tea bags, milk and other necessities.

The garden has a 100 metre border with the River Doon, beginning at the side of the house and running down to the end of the garden. The lawn area is around 60m long by 30m wide and is perfect for summer parties and relaxing on sunny days. We have created a large safe play area for children in the garden and adults can sit on the decking area and watch their children play. The garden has a gas barbecue and a range of garden furniture, including a large wooden table with six chairs.
