Built in the Victorian era as a dower house by the Grants of Rothiemurchus - Corrour House provides lovely 4-star country house accommodation, personally run by the owners Carol and Robert Still. Set in a beautiful location amidst 4 acres of secluded gardens and woodland, it commands breathtaking views across to the Lairig Ghru pass and the magnificent Cairngorm Mountains. Corrour House retains many of its original features; from fine cornices in the dining room, lounge and intimate cocktail bar, through to stained glass window as you ascend the stairway. Each of the 8 spacious en suite bedrooms are individually decorated with, where possible, furniture contemporary to the house. As you would expect, each room is provided with hospitality tray, direct-dial telephone, television and radio.

Breakfast is freshly cooked to order using the best of locally available ingredients, and we will happily accommodate any special dietary requirements. Evening meals are by arrangement and availability is dependent on the time of year. The dining room also benefits from beautiful views across to the Cairngorm Mountains.
The welcoming lounge offers open fires on all but the warmest days where you can relax and enjoy the views, perhaps sampling one of the many malt whiskies from the bar.
