Our accommodation is set in a landscape of ancient beech trees and ruined castles, in Carmichael estate, between Lanark and Biggar. We offer 16 traditional stone built, self-catering luxury cottages in peaceful surroundings, yet within 45 minutes drive from Edinburgh and Glasgow City centres/airports. Prices available on request
Our accommodation ranges from one to three bedroomed cottages.
All cottages have fully equipped kitchens and lounge/dining areas with telephones, TVs, VCRs, etc. Pictured above is Laundry Cottage and its lounge.
This semi-detached property in the centre of the main estate and sleeps 4 persons in two bedrooms (one twin and one double).

Pictured below is Pond Cottage which sleeps 2 persons in one bedroom and the Gardener's House, a delightful cottage with views of Tinto Hill, which sleeps 6 persons in three bedrooms.
Fully serviced - no hidden extras - linen, towels, electricity included. Pets welcome. Cottages suitable for partially disabled. All cottages are non smoking. Visitor centre, farm shop, tearoom and adventure playground. Games room/sports equipment hire.
