Situated on the main road heading from Prestwick into the town centre of Ayr, this attractive old building dates from around 1800 and is decorated in a modern homely style. There is a ramp and handrails leading into the house for those requiring a wheelchair or support. The house is also furnished with an elevator for access from the ground floor to the first floor. All 9 en suite rooms are tastefully decorated in a modern style. We have 3 single rooms, 2 double rooms and 4 triple rooms. Each room is equipped with a hairdryer, LCD digital freeview TV, hospitality tray, radio/alarm clock and self controlled central heating. All of the en-suite shower rooms have a razor point at the sink. There is a guest lounge with a larger screen TV which guests can use at any time.

Located on the A79 north side of Ayr, our guest house is a 15 minute walk to the town centre and a 20 minute walk to Prestwick Town centre. This is the heart of Burns Country and hosts many annual events as well as racing at Ayr racecourse. There are over 30 golf coursesin the area, including the famous Turnberry, Royal Troon and Old Prestwick.
