Situated a few minutes walk from the rail and bus stations, our guest house is close to the Festival Theatre and provides convenient access to Pitlochry's restaurants and amenities. Atholl Villa is also centrally located for all outdoor activities in the district. We offer 10 en-suite bedrooms with two located on the ground floor and the remainder situated on the first and second floors of the house.
All bedrooms have remote controlled TV, refreshment tray, hair dryer and welcome folder. A few bedrooms still retain feature Victorian fireplaces.
We have a family suite comprising of a double and 2 single beds, large screen TV and a large en-suite.

Our lounge offers comfort at the end of an active day. Breakfast is served in our large comfortable conservatory looking out to the garden. You can select from a delightful breakfast menu which includes cereals, fruit, yoghurt or porridge to start, followed by our specials: traditional Buckie smoked haddock and Scottish smoked salmon.
We also have a spacious semi-detached apartment which sleeps 2 - 4 persons, situated within the large garden of the guest house with its own entrance and parking.
