This light, bright and spacious, all on the level bungalow provides self-contained accommodation for one group of family or friends,
from a minimum of 2 persons to a maximum of 5 (6). It is furnished and maintained to a high standards throughout and fully centrally heated. The large, tiled entrance vestibule provides a safe storage facility for such items as golf clubs and wheelchairs. The carpeted main hall divides the property by design, providing a private home for Linda and Malcolm to the right and the private Suite for guests to the left.

The Suite comprises a large lounge/diner, 2 twin bedrooms and one single bedroom with a smaller pull-out bed. (This bed is suitable for small adults only). Each bedroom is comfortably furnished with Linda's attention to detail, including such useful items as bathrobes, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, hot water bottle, torch and tissues.
Please be assured that you will have sole occupancy of the Bed and Breakfast Suite, whatever the size of your party.

The fully tiled bathroom, with electric underfloor heating, has a corner bath with electric shower. The lounge is light and airy with TV, Hi-fi, video and DVD. There is a "kettle corner" with a wide selection of beverages and Linda's home baked all-butter shortbread. French doors open from the lounge onto a pretty patio within the secluded and sheltered walled garden. Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden.
We apologise, but we do not have facilities to accommodate babies/toddlers or pets. Free off-road parking.

Breakfasts and evening meals are served in the lounge where guests can enjoy the garden. Linda takes pride in serving freshly prepared food to order. Produce is organic, free range and from local farms or suppliers when possible. You will find Linda's home baked all-butter shortbread on arrival. Snacks and picnic lunches along with evening meals are available with prior notice. Special diets can be catered for.
