Situated on the romantic shores of Loch Linnhe, overlooking the Ardgour Hills, our guest house is only a 5 minute walk from the centre of Fort William.
We offer two double en-suite rooms and one twin en-suite room. Two of the rooms overlook Loch Linnhe. Open all year, with the exception of Christmas and New Year. Prices available on request (all prices include a full breakfast)
All rooms have a TV/ DVD player, hospitality tray, hairdryer and radio alarm clock. We also have a selection of Scottish DVDs for you to view at your leisure. Iron and ironing board are available upon request. After a good night's rest, start the day with a hearty breakfast served in our dining room, which has magnificent views of the loch and surrounding hills. We offer a tasteful breakfast menu with a variety of choices to suit everyone. Vegetarians can be catered for. Packed lunches are also available.

Secure parking at the rear of the house and lockable storage for cycles and outdoor equipment. Ardlinnhe is a non smoking establishment.
Fort William has a variety of shops and visitor attractions, with numerous hotels, bars and restaurants to cater for all tastes. It has many outdoor activities to offer, including sailing, fishing, playing golf, horse riding, cycling, walking and climbing in some of Scotland's finest mountains, including Ben Nevis, Britain's highest mountain.
Take a trip on Loch Linnhe aboard the 'Souters Lass', stopping off to catch a glimpse of seals at the aptly named Seal Island. Alternatively, take a guided tour around the Ben Nevis Distillery.
