Situated on the shores of Loch Linnhe, our bed and breakfast is ideal for exploring the West Coast of the Scottish Highlands. We are 10 miles south of Fort William on the Ardgour side which is easily accessible via the Corran Ferry. Once the holiday home of the famous cook and gardener, Constance Spry, Ard Daraich has an 8 acre hill garden with stunning views of Ben Nevis and Glen Coe. This typical Highland home has a friendly atmosphere and is decorated with family portraits and furniture throughout. Many of the rooms are lined with painted wood and the baths are free standing. Breakfast is served in the dining room and we provide as much local and organic produce as possible. We can provide vegetarian breakfasts and have rare breed hens to produce our eggs.

We have a sitting room for guests and
guests are welcome to explore the garden where you can sit with many quiet places to read or draw.
Since the late 1960s we have build up the garden and have grown from seed, plants sent from all over the world. We have produced a collection of ericacious plants, with over a thousand different Rhododendron species and hybrids with hundreds of Acers and Sorbus trees. Our collection is one of the best in this part of Scotland and visited by various International Horticultural Societies.
