Set in mature gardens in a stunning location overlooking Loch Linnhe, our Victorian home offers bed and breakfast to visitors travelling around the Highlands of Scotland. You can leave your car in our off-road parking and stroll into town. We are a 3 minute walk into Fort William town centre and a 5 minute walk to the bus and train stations. Ardblair offers three tastefully decorated and personalised bedrooms: our spacious master bedroom provides a window view over the garden and across to Loch Linnhe. The large en suite bathroom allows you to relax in the tub and enjoy the view of the hills. The Blue Room has bath and shower and the Pink Room has a walk-in shower room. Both are decorated in French toile, crisp white linen and lots of pillows.

Our large sitting room has stunning views from the bay windows, an open fire and a comfortable settee with easy chairs. Our breakfast room overlooks the garden, loch and distant hills, where you choose from a full cooked breakfast including porridge and cereals, or kippers, a fresh fruit salad platter for vegetarians and our warm Scottish pancakes, crispy bacon topped with maple syrup.
Guests are encouraged to enjoy the garden. Sorry, we do not accept children under the age of 12 years or dogs.

Fort William provides access to Ben Nevis, the Jacobite Steam Train thru Harry Potter country, the Caledonian Canal and outdoor activities like skiing, mountain biking, walking and boat trips. There is plenty of history in this area and you can visit the West Highland Museum, Old Inverlochy Castle, Castle Tioram and Castle Stalker. Your host, Liz, will be happy to advise further.
