Located on the northern sea shore of Largs, our luxury bed and breakfast is set within beautiful gardens and provides magnificent sea views. We offer secluded off road parking and with convenient access to ferry, road and rail links, Appin provides an ideal base for your visit to the West of Scotland. All of our light and airy modern rooms have sea views, flat screen TVs, drinks making facilities and hair dryers. The fully tiiled en-suites include powerful showers. We provide a flexible breakfast menu served at a time to suit you and our traditional Scottish breakfast is highly recommended. Breakfast is served in our large dining room which also has panoramic sea views.

Appin Bed and Breakfast is in close proximity with the ferry crossings to Cumbrae (Millport), Rothesay, Dunoon, and Brodick (Isle of Arran). There is easy road and rail access to Glasgow, easy road access to Argyll and the Western Highlands and easy road access to the fabulous links golf courses of Ayrshire. There is also fantastic sailing from Largs Yacht Haven, and Kip Marina at Inverkip.
