Situated 100 meters from Ayr's Premier Racecourse, our family managed B&B is also a short walk from both the centre of town and the beach. Ayr's railway station and bus station are either a two minute car journey or a ten minute walk. Prices from: £22 per person per night
We offer three bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor. The two upstairs rooms are en suite. The downstairs room and one of the upstairs rooms can be set up as either a twin or double. The other upstairs room is a double. All the rooms have good sized televisions with freeview, tea/coffee making facilities, radio clock alarms and hairdryers.

There is private parking to the rear of the house. A no smoking policy exists throughout the house. Ironing facilities available on request. Rear garden available.
