Situated
just a short drive from Skye's Capital, Portree, our recently built bed and breakfast is situated in a quiet rural location on the edge of Loch Bracadale and looking onto Macleods Tables and the Black Cullins. Ideal for exploring north and central Skye, we are close to Dunvegan Castle, Neist Point

We have one double/ family room en-suite, with king-size four poster bed and walk in power shower, and one double bedroom with a private bathroom. All rooms have TV/DVD, tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryers, alarm clock, central heating and great views. The guest lounge has a large patio window, Sky TV, and views over Loch Bracadale. We offer a choice of Scottish cooked breakfast, vegetarian or Continential option.

There is excellent sea and river fishing next to Achalochan House and we have fishing rods and mountain bikes, for guests' use. Achalochan House is 13 miles from Portree and 5 miles from Dunvegan with its famous castle, the Giant Macaskill Museum, sight-seeing boat trips and selection of bars and restaurants. The nearby table top mountains and the stunning Neist Point provide country walks and spectacular scenery.
