Situated in the heart of Edinburgh City Centre on York Place, our luxury apartments are ideal for larger groups and families looking for that little bit extra during their stay. Located within a converted Georgian Townhouse, these spacious apartments have been renovated to a very high standard, providing modern, light and stylish self catering accommodation. We have a two bedroom apartment which sleeps 2 - 6 persons, three bedroom apartments each sleeping up to 8 persons, and four bedroom apartments each sleeping up to 10 persons. Beds can be twins or double and each apartment contains a sofa bed or a foldaway bed in the lounge for an extra person. Most apartments have 2 – 3 bathrooms except the 2 bedroom apartment which has a shower room. All bedding and towels are provided.

All apartments have large living areas with plasma TV's, DVD & CD players and an iPod docking station. The kitchens are equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is free Wi-fi, a secure luggage store and some apartments also have an outdoor decked area .
The apartments can be booked separately or all together, the apartments can sleep up to 50 persons across two blocks. Please note that there are a number of stairs to the second and third floor apartments and no lift available.
With Harvey Nichols, Jenners of Edinburgh, and the boutiques of Multrees Walk close by, the discerning city visitor can shop in style by day and sample the bars, restaurants and clubs of George Street by night. The apartments are a 5 minute walk from George Street, a 5 minute walk from all the shops on Princes Street and ten minutes from the Royal Mile leading up to the Castle.
