This stylish and modern 2nd floor apartment comes with its own balcony which overlooks the Water of Leith and is only a 5 minute walk from the Royal Yacht Britannia and Ocean Terminal shopping mall, with regular buses to Edinburgh city centre (only 15 minutes journey time). Prices: £385 - £560 per week/ £55- £80 per night (minimum stay 3 nights), seasonal and inclusive of all amenities.

Located in the Shore area of Leith, we provide access to an excellent choice of local bars, restaurants and bistros, along with a variety of other recreational facilities in this historic part of Edinburgh. In close proximity to the designer shopping outlet, Ocean Terminal, we are only half an hour from the shopping opportunities of Princes Street, the New Town also being accessible along a country style path.
