Located
within the New Town district of Edinburgh, which is a World Heritage Site. We are very central and only a few minutes walk from Princes Street, the main shopping street in the city.
There are many attractions nearby, including Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, Holyrood Palace and Dynamic Earth. Waverley Railway Station and the bus station are within easy walking distance or a short cab journey.
We have ten comfortable bedrooms, including three triple rooms and a large family room. Each have en-suite facilities, TV, writing desks, hairdryers, and hospitality trays with tea, coffee and shortbread.

The Walton has free off-street parking for hotel guests. We are a completely non-smoking hotel, although there is a small garden in the front of the hotel where smoking is permitted.
We have limited private parking on-site.
Our dining room is located on the lower floor of the hotel. Breakfast is served Monday to Friday between 8am - 9am and weekends from 8:30am - 9:30am. Our breakfast offers a traditional Scottish breakfast with a selection of grilled and cooked foods, as well as a variety of fresh continental breakfast choices. The hotel offers vegetarian food for those who prefer a vegetarian breakfast menu.
Only a few minutes from both the east and west ends of Princes Street, the Walton is ideally located for City nightlife, tourist attractions and the central business district as well. You will find numerous bars, clubs and restaurants nearby, catering for all tastes and budgets.
