Centrally located on the south side of the city in an attractive area of Edinburgh, our majestic Victorian building offers you a comfortable and homely stay in historic Edinburgh. Our bed and breakfast accommodation is only a short bus ride from the very centre of town and all ten guest rooms are tastefully decorated with good facilities. Prices from: £25 - £40 per person per night
We have 10 well decorated rooms available for a range of budgets, including: three double ensuite rooms ( 2 with garden views and one with a street view) , one triple en suite room with a garden view and one family en suite room with a double bed and 2 singles beds. All rooms have TV with tea and coffee making facilities.

All rooms must be vacated by 11am on the date of departure. Luggage can be left at reception. We offer a full cooked sumptious breakfast.
In Edinburgh the bus service is excellent and we are located within minutes of nearby major attractions such as Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Palace. Each August the city hosts the Edinburgh International Festival, the Festival Fringe and the Military Tattoo. Other attractions include Edinburgh Zoo, Dynamic Earth, the portrait gallery, the modern art gallery and the National Gallery of Scotland.
