This apartment sleeps 4 - 5 persons with two double bedrooms: one of the bedrooms has 2 twin beds and the other smaller bedroom has one double bed. The newly refurbished open plan kitchen/ lounge has a sofa-bed for an additional guest. The flat is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, broadband, satellite TV and DVD player. This delightful property has a new shower room and a separate WC.

The nearby Royal Lyceum sits next to both the Usher Hall and Traverse Theatre - so all of these theatres can be viewed from the apartment. The apartment provides convenient access to Princes Street, Princes Street Gardens, the Royal Mile and the Grassmarket with its wide range of restaurants and bars.
