Mike and Ann welcome you to Tantallon Place, their Victorian home situated in the Grange area of Edinburgh. The Grange is a quiet conservation area with tree lined streets and attractive Victorian houses, yet very close to the centre of Edinburgh. Prices from: £30 per person per night
We offer two quiet, sunny double rooms both with en suite bathrooms. Each room has a colour television, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryers, radios, guide books and local information. The rooms have views over the garden and Arthurs Seat. We operate a no smoking policy throughout the house.

Breakfast is a leisurely meal with freshly ground coffee, a choice of from a wide variety of teas and marmalades. We provide hearty Scottish breakfasts to set you up for the day, or a Continental breakfast if preferred, both with a wide choice. Special diets are happily catered for.
Guests can relax in our attractive walled garden and there is secure off street parking in our driveway.
We are situated just south of the Meadows, a large park, and an easy walk to the Royal Mile, Princes Street and all of Edinburgh's historic attractions. There is an excellent choice of nearby restaurants, café's and pubs to choose from. Arthurs Seat and Holyrood Park are within easy walking distance.
Mike and Ann will always be happy to provide you with information on the attractions and sights that you may wish to visit, or to help with your choice of eating places and give advice on how to get the most out of your visit to Edinburgh.
