A well presented modern second and ground floor flat in an attractive, tranquil and highly sought after area within a few minutes walk from the West End, Princes Street and Edinburgh Financial District as well as many of Edinburgh 's central amenities. Both apartments are located within the same building and can be used together to provide well laid out bright and stylish accommodation for 12 - 16 persons. Prices (seasonal): short break lets from £100 per day, weekly rates £350 - £1500.
The elegant and well presented 2nd floor apartment sleeps 8 - 10 adults plus baby and child up to five years old. There is one double bedroom with a king-size bed and there are two triple rooms, each with two singles plus one pull out low level single bed. Double sofa bed in lounge (sleeps up to 2) and baby travel cot. Entrance, vestibule/ cloak cupboard, hall, lounge/ dining room, kitchen, bathroom and en suite off the main bedroom. There is elevator access to this apartment as well as internet access.

The ground floor apartment sleeps 4 - 6 persons. There is a double bedroom with en suite showerroom and a twin bedroom. The lounge/ dining room has a double sofa bed sleeping up to 2 and there is a baby travel cot / highchair.
The apartment has an entrance vestibule, hall, main bathroom and kitchen.
Both apartments have the following facilities: parking and secure garage, TV, DVD, music system, microwave, halogen hob, washer-dryer, slimline dishwasher and fridge. A welcome pack, bed linen and towels are provided with heating/ electricity included. Travel cot and high chair supplied at no extra cost.
